本プライバシーポリシーは、Toriinthecat（トリインザキャット、以下「当方」）が提供するすべてのモバイルアプリケーション（以下「本サービス」）に共通して適用される、情報の取り扱いに関する基本方針です。個別のアプリにおいて、本ポリシーと異なる取り扱いを定めたページを別途提供している場合は、当該アプリについてはそちらの記載が優先されます。

当方が提供する各アプリは、原則としてアカウント登録・ログイン機能を持たず、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報を当方のサーバーに送信・保存することはありません。学習の進捗状況、アプリ内設定、ゲーム内ステータスなどのデータは、お使いの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。
アプリ内課金機能を持つアプリでは、決済処理のために RevenueCat 社のSDKを利用し、Apple App Store / Google Play の決済システムを通じて処理を行います。当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得・保存することはありません。
個別のアプリが上記と異なる情報を取得する場合は、当該アプリ内のプライバシーポリシーページにその内容を明記します。
取得する情報（端末内に保存されるものを含む）は、本サービスの提供・維持、学習進捗の記録、購入済みコンテンツの復元のためにのみ利用します。
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。アプリ内課金を利用するアプリに限り、決済処理のために RevenueCat 社および各アプリストア運営者（Apple / Google）が関与します。当方は第三者製の分析SDK・広告SDK・トラッキングツールを組み込んでいません。
端末内に保存されたデータは、アプリのアンインストール、またはアプリ内の「設定 > アカウント削除」等の操作により、いつでも端末上から削除できます。購入履歴自体は、購入の復元に必要な範囲で、Apple / Google および RevenueCat社が定める期間保持される場合があります。
本サービスは個人を特定できる情報を収集しない設計を基本方針としており、13歳未満のお子様を含め、すべての利用者について同様の取り扱いを行います。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改定します。

This Privacy Policy describes the baseline data-handling practices that apply across all mobile applications (the "Services") provided by Toriinthecat ("we", "us"). If an individual app publishes its own privacy policy page with different terms, that page takes precedence for that specific app.

Our apps generally have no account or sign-in system, and we do not transmit or store personally identifiable information such as your name or email address on any server we operate. Learning progress, app settings, and in-app game status are stored only on your device (local storage).
Apps that offer in-app purchases use the RevenueCat SDK to process payments via the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems. We never directly collect or store your payment card details.
If a specific app collects additional information beyond the above, this will be disclosed on that app's own privacy policy page.
Information we collect (including data stored on your device) is used solely to provide and maintain the Services, record learning progress, and restore purchased content.
We do not disclose collected information to third parties except as required by law. For apps with in-app purchases, RevenueCat and the app store operators (Apple / Google) are involved solely for payment processing. We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or tracking tool.
Data stored on your device can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app or using an in-app "Delete Account" option where available. Purchase records may be retained by Apple / Google and RevenueCat for a period they define, as needed to support purchase restoration.
Our Services are designed to avoid collecting personally identifiable information as a baseline policy, and this applies equally to all users, including children under 13.
